These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of TaxMatch Japan, the English-language tax accountant matching service available at e-zeirishi.com/en, operated by Guidly Inc. (ガイドリー株式会社). By submitting an inquiry or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.

TaxMatch Japan is a matching service: we introduce you to certified tax accountants (zeirishi) and firms in our network based on the situation you describe. The service is free of charge for you. Participating firms pay us a referral fee when an introduction leads to an engagement.

We are a matching and media company. We are not a tax accounting firm, law firm, or financial advisor.

Nothing we provide — including our website content, articles, emails, and messages — constitutes tax, legal, or financial advice. All tax matters should be discussed directly with the licensed tax accountant you engage. Decisions you make based on information from our site or communications are your own responsibility.

The tax accountants we introduce are independent professionals, not our employees or agents. Any engagement, fee arrangement, or advice occurs directly between you and the accountant. We are not a party to that engagement and are not responsible for the services the accountant provides, although we genuinely want every match to succeed and welcome your feedback.

To the maximum extent permitted by Japanese law, Guidly Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, the content of our website, or the services provided by introduced tax accountants. We do not guarantee that a suitable accountant will be available for every inquiry.

All content on this site — text, guides, design, and logos — belongs to Guidly Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce it without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sapporo District Court as the court of first instance.
